Ten Most Challenged Graphic Novels

The American Library Association has released a list of the graphic novels which have received the most challenges, as part of Banned Books Week (September 25-Oct. 2), according to the Huffington Post.  A challenge is an attempt to remove or restrict materials, based upon the objections of a person or group.

 

Those graphic novels along with the reasons for challenges are:

Sexually Explicit content, Other (unspecified).

Sexually Explicit content, Offensive Language, Unsuited to Age Group, Drugs.
