The comic The Montgomery Story may have been a factor in inspiring the Egyptian protests that brought down Hosni Mubarak, according to Congressman John Lewis in an interview with MSNBC. The comic, originally published in 1956, told the story of the Montgomery bus boycott, in which Rosa Parks started a movement by refusing to sit in the back of the bus. Martin Luther King helped lead support for the boycott.
