Flying Frog Productions, makers of Last Night on Earth and other successful boardgames, plans to release a new boardgame called Fortune and Glory in the fall of this year. Set in the 1930’s and inspired by the cliffhanger films of that era, Fortune and Glory offers “two-fisted” action for up to eight players.

In the game, players assume the role of treasure hunters that travel the world in search of wealth and adventure. The game is designed to offer either cooperative or competitive style scenarios, with players either working together against the game’s villains, or racing against each other to accomplish their goals.

Thirty-nine detailed 28mm scale plastic miniatures are included in the game, representing common hero and villain archetypes, a Mayan temple, and a Zeppelin airship. Game components and cards feature photographic artwork. Like earlier Flying Frog games, Fortune and Glory will also include a CD music soundtrack that players can listen to during the game.

Fortune and Glory was designed by Jason Hill, and will have a suggested retail price of $99.95.
