Disney Publishing Worldwide has announced that it will expand its kids magazine production in the U.S. to include a new magazine based on Phineas and Ferb and one-shots based on upcoming Marvel and Pixar movies.
First up is a new bi-monthly magazine based on Disney XD property Phineas and Ferb, with comics, games, cutouts, quizzes, and posters. The ongoing magazine follows on a Phineas and Ferb one-shot released in 2010.
Three movie one-shots have been announced. Thor will be released in April and Cars 2 and Captain America will follow. The company tested a movie oneshot based on Toy Story 3 last year.
