Here’s the first trailer for Sony’s Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, which stars Nicholas Cage and debuts on February 17th, 2012.  The testosterone-fueled sequel to the 2007 Ghost Rider movie is directed by macho film specialists Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (Crank).

 

Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance was shot in 3-D (see “Ghost Rider Sequel Gets an Extra Dimension”).  The sequel, which was written by David Goyer (The Dark Knight), is set 8 years after the original, and in Goyer’s words “is stripped down and darker” (see “Ghost Rider Sequel Is No Reboot”).
