Days of Wonder has released a new update for its iPad Ticket to Ride game that uses the high resolution retina display on the new iPad to showcase the maps with the same paper textures and background illustrations that are featured in the real world game.
Days of Wonder says that Ticket to Ride is the first iPad board game to upgrade for the new iPad. Comics by comiXology was the first geek culture app that released a new version that used the high resolution display (see "HD Comics").
