The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund has joined forces with the National Coalition Against Censorship and the American Booksellers Foundation for Free Expression to write a letter in defense of Alan Moore’s Neonomicon, which has recently been challenged in the Greenville South Carolina public library system.
Alan Moore and Jacen Burrows’ Neonomicon was pulled from the shelves of the Greenville County Library System after complaints from the mother of a 14-year-old girl who checked the book out from the "adult" section at her local library branch (see "Alan Moore's 'Neonomicon' Pulled From Library").
