'Rabbi's Cat' Hits U.S.
Wider Release in January

The animated film version of Joann’s Sfar’s The Rabbi’s Cat was released in New York City last weekend, and will get a nationwide release in January. Critical response appears to be good so far: Rotten Tomatoes is showing the reviews as 91% positive (based on only 11 so far), and the film took the top prize at Annecy (see “’The Rabbi’s Cat’ Takes Top Prize at Annecy”).
