'Godzilla' to Start Shooting in March
For 2014 Release

The feature film Godzilla reboot will start shooting in Vancouver in March, producer Dan Lin told Collider. The film is scheduled for release on May 16, 2014 (see "'Godzilla' Date Set"). That's about 14 months from the beginning of shooting to release, a pretty tight schedule for an effects-heavy film. Gareth Edwards is directing from a David Goyer script.
