During a press junket for his current release, The Last Stand, Arnold Schwarzenegger confirmed that he was still attached to a new Terminator film, tentatively known as Terminator 5, even though director Justin Lin has departed the project (see "He's Baaack!  Arnold on New 'Terminator' Project").  Even though Lin departed, the producers who hold the Terminator rights are anxious to get a new film underway and have hired screenwriters Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier to fashion a new screenplay (see"'Battle Angel Alita' Writer on New 'Terminator' Movie").

 

Bleeding Cool’s Patrick Dane reports from London that the new Terminator movie is still on the "Governator’s" schedule along with a new Conan film and the comedy project Triplets.
