Herobuilders, a Connecticut-based toy and novelty company, is offering an action figure of Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf, the Iraqi Information Minister known variously as "Comical Ali" and "Baghdad Bob."  The action figure is available in "dumb" (silent) and "dumber" (talking) versions that sell for $24.95 and $35.95 respectively.  The talking version repeats such memorable phrases as:

"There are no American infidels in Baghdad. Never!"

"Our initial assessment is that they will all die."

"No.  I am not scared and neither should you be."

"We have given them a sour taste."

"They're not even (within) 100 miles of Baghdad."

In addition to the Iraqi Information Minister Herobuilders also has a number of other action figures based on contemporary political figures for sale including Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden, the captured al-Queda honcho (and sleepwear model), Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and an American Taliban fighter simply known as "Dick."

While ICv2 has not been able to ascertain that retailers can buy "Comical Ali" or any of the other Herobuilders figures wholesale, another "hot" item from the Iraq War is available in bulk.  The Iraq's Most Wanted Playing Card Deck is available from venuetba.com at prices ranging from $3 per deck (when buying a hundred decks) to as low as $2.34 per deck (when ordering 10,000).  According to one published report these cards were originally printed by the Defense Information Agency, but since the artwork is available on-line and the Defense Department doesn't care who uses it, it appears that several companies are printing these decks and making them available to the American public.
