The Flash may be fast, but can he really be in two places at once?  DC Comics says yes, and will be doing just that this April when they give Barry Allen a new creative team with The Flash #30, who will also introduce Wally West into the "New 52" DC Universe in The Flash Annual #3.

On April 23rd, Barry Allen will be handed over to writers Robert Venditti and Van Jensen (who worked together on Green Lantern CORPS), with art by Brett Booth (Backlash) and Norm Rapmund.  On April 30th will see the same team bring Wally West back in The Flash Annual #3.

Mass exposure for the character is about to ratchet up; Warner Bros. TV is filming a pilot for a TV Flash as a spin-off of the CW’s Arrow, where Grant Gustin will portray Barry Allen (see "'Flash' Cast").

And with all the speculation about superhero cameos in the upcoming Batman vs Superman (Wonder Woman is the only one confirmed so far--see "Wonder Woman Cast for 'Batman vs. Superman'") as a planned set up for a Justice League movie, can a big screen Flash incarnation be far behind?
