At ACD Games Day, CoolMiniOrNot Director of Sales Derek Osborne shared details on its Zombicide board game Gaming Night Kits, and other upcoming organized play initiatives.

Gaming Night Kit #1- Cards, Food or Guns, carried as a defacto exclusive through ACD Distribution (which bought the run), contains everything a store needs to run a six-person event.  "The way the store runs this event in house, it’s basically a 5-6 hour event, a series of 3 campaigns that are run," Osborne said.  Participants receive exclusive game material including survivor and zomb-ivor miniatures, a dashboard card, a special colored die, and a skull tracker.  The six-person kit is $29.99.  "Stores can buy multiple copies," Osborne elaborated. "There’s no limit.  We have had a number of stores that have run 24-30 person events."

As of last week, Gaming Night Kit #2: Black Friday is also now available through all distribution, Osborne confirmed.  There are future plans to release Gaming Night Kit #3: Zombie Trap as well.  Game play requires a Zombiecide base game, either the original or Prison Outbreak (see "'Zombicide: Toxic City Mall' and 'Prison Outbreak'").

Osborne also shared CMON’s plans to release a League Kit for its upcoming fantasy sports game Kaosball.  There are also plans for both tournament and campaign kits for its new Rivet Wars military miniatures board game.  Both are planned for fourth quarter release.

CMON was also showing off its upcoming Euro-style board game at the show (see "'Dogs of War'").
