Marvel will celebrate its 75th Anniversary with a commemorative magazine in September.
The Marvel 75th Anniversary Magazine will feature a look back at comics from the past, as well as a look forward. The magazine will include new interviews with Stan Lee and Walt Simonson, a look at the early days of the Marvel Universe, a gallery with work from Marvel’s All-New Young Guns (see “Marvel Announces 2014 'All-New Young Guns'”), and a timeline detailing events from the Kree-Skrull war to the events of Original Sin (see “Marvel's 'Original Sin' Crossover”).
In addition to the regular cover by Greg Land, Marvel is offering three limited edition variant covers featuring the Avengers, the X-Men and the Fantastic Four illustrated by Alex Ross. MSRP on the 96-page magazine is $9.99.
