Wizards of the Coast will release Magic: The Gathering Duel Decks: Anthology on December 8th; this will follow the September release of MTG Duel Decks: Speed vs Cunning.
The set is a gathering of all eight decks from the first four Duel Decks products: Elves vs. Goblins, Jace vs Chandra, Divine vs. Demonic, and Garruk vs. Liliana. Players can replay the original duels, or mix and match the decks for more interesting battles. MSRP is $99.99.
Magic: The Gathering Duel Decks: Speed vs Cunning will release on September 5th. The two 60-card ready-to-play decks are designed by Chris Millar and Sam Stoddard and feature 10 rare cards, 2 mythic rare cards, and 4 cards selected from past Magic releases with new artwork. It will be the first change to play with new cards from the upcoming Khans of Tarkir block (see "'Magic: The Gathering--Khans of Tarkir'") as the decks contain six new cards from that series.
These will be the first Duel Decks released with Magic's new card frames. The new card frame will also include a "DDN" three-letter code printed in the lower left of each card in the deck, an organizational designation for "Duel Deck" releases, followed by the incremental letter code specific to this release "N" (the 14th Duel Deck to be released).
The box contains the two decks, two deck boxes, two creature tokens, a learn-to-play guide, and a strategy insert. MSRP is $19.99.
