Stan Lee's Stripperella premieres tonight, but according to the website Animation HQ only four episodes were produced before the crew was laid-off.  This doesn't necessarily mean that no further episodes will be produced, but it certainly isn't a good sign.  Another negative note comes from Variety, which received only the Kelsey Grammar-voiced Gary the Rat to preview although it requested both Stripperella and the new Ren & Stimpy as well.  Animation HQ, which is well connected in the world of animation creators and usually quite accurate, suggests that TNN might simply repeat the four Stripperella episodes until John Leguizano's Zilch & Zero is ready in the fall.

So tune in and check out Stripperella.  If the show is a big hit, it will probably continue, but if not, it appears doomed.  Typically, as in the case with Futurama (see 'No Future For Futurama'), once an animation crew is disbanded, like Humpty-Dumpty, it's not easy to put it back together again.
