Dark Horse Comics has announced that in spite of a heavy overprint, Conan #1 by Kurt Busiek and Cary Nord has sold out at wholesale on its first day of release.  Dark Horse plans to reprint Conan #1 with a new variant cover by J. Scott Campbell (Gen 13, Danger Girl).  The reprint of Conan #1 will ship to retailers on March 24.

The first issue of Mark Millar's controversial miniseries about the second coming of Christ, Chosen #1, has also sold out its first printing.  Dark Horse is planning on reprinting Chosen #1 for shipment on March 3.
