Marvel has announced that it has consolidated its licenses for the underwear, costumes, and candy categories with Hanes, Disguise, and R.M Palmer, respectively. Marvel will now have only one license in each of these categories for all of its major brands, including Spider-Man, X-Men, Hulk, Punisher, etc. According to Marvel President of Worldwide Consumer Media Tim Rothwell, the move will allow Marvel '...to secure more retail support with a single, cohesive product line.'
