Fantagraphics Books has announced that its Complete Peanuts 1950-1952 will debut on the New York Times Hardcover Bestsellers List at #19 on the May 23rd list. It's been selling well behind a barrage of positive publicity, both in comic stores (see 'Peanuts Selling Briskly at Retail') and in bookstores, where it was #3 (in pieces, surrounded by titles at half the price) on the Bookscan graphic novel list for the week ending May 9th. |
