After two of Marvel's top execs, Isaac Perlmutter and Avi Arad, sold significant percentages of their Marvel holdings last Friday, the stock price dropped around 5%; but share prices have rebounded to near their price before the announcement.

Vice Chairman Isaac Perlmutter sold 4 million shares, around 12% of his Marvel holdings, for $77 million.  Chief creative officer (and head of the film and TV division) Avi Arad sold 2 million shares, about 29% of his holdings.

The share sales came within the two week period after announcing earnings when Marvel execs are allowed to sell stock in the company.
