Tokyopop has announced that its Cine-Manga based on The Incredibles will be released in March, 2005. This could be the biggest Cine-Manga yet, with strong crossover appeal to both the movie audience and superhero fans; the three 2003 Cine-Manga releases sold over 670,000 copies (see 'Tokyopop, Disney Plan More Cine-Manga'). The Incredibles has sold over $225 million in tickets in the U.S. to date, and appears destined to stay in theaters through the holidays -- its $9.2 million in box office sales last weekend was bigger than the top new release of the week.
