Animenation is reporting that the anime feature film Final Fantasy VII Advent Children will be released by Sony on DVD in the U.S. on November 29th.  The DVD will have a list price of $29.95.  Details about the American DVD release remain sketchy, but fans who have seen the Japanese DVD (released on September 14th) marvel at the fluid life-like computer-generated animation, which is reportedly considerable advanced over the hyper realistic animation in Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within from 2001. 

The action in Final Fantasy VII Advent Children takes place two years after the events in the Final Fantasy VII videogame and features the characters from the game.  Originally conceived as a 30-minute short, Final Fantasy VII Advent Children was expanded into a feature film.
