Wizards of the Coast is planning an elaborate organized play program in support of its new hobby only Dreamblade Collectible Miniatures Game (CMG).  The organized play support will be segmented into three levels, casually competitive Edge Tournaments, 800 of which will be held weekly at hobby stores and feature alternate paint minis and accessories as prizes, highly competitive Dream Series events with cash prizes (80 different DS tournaments each with a $1000 prize will also be held a hobby venues), and Championship Level (four $10,000 events, leading up to a $50,000 world championship tournament at GenCon Indy 20007).  WotC will also hold a $20,000 'launch tournament' at Gen Con Indy 2006.

In June Wizards will put out demo kits both to their direct retail customers and to those serviced by distributors.  The kits will include Starter Sets, a demo script, an alternate paint mini, and a premier play mat.  Retailers who pre-order the initial Dreamblade release will receive special display items, p.o.p. kits, and a demo kit.
