The CW has hired Betsy McGowen, the senior VP-general manager of Kids WB to perform the same role at Kids WB at the CW, according to Variety.  The Kids WB programming block will retain the same name after the WB/UPN merger (see 'WB Merges withUPN').  The continuity of management for Kids WB probably means a similar programming philosophy; Kids WB has been an important anime venue, currently airing Yu Gi Oh, Pokemon, and Viewtiful Joe.
