Inkworks is now planning a January release for its Hellboy Animated: Sword of Storms Premium Trading Cards.  Hellboy Animated: Sword of Storms will debut on the Cartoon Network on October 28th (see 'Hellboy Animated on Cartoon Network') and the DVD will street on February 6th, so the January release of the trading cards, which were tentatively scheduled for October (see 'Inkworks Announces '06 Releases'), makes perfect sense.

Inkwork's 72-card Hellboy Animated set will include individually hand-drawn sketch cards that will be inserted at a rate of one per 36-pack box.  Hellboy creator Mike Mignola and Hellboy Animated character designer Sean 'Cheeks' Galloway will be among the artists contributing sketch cards.
