Batman: The Brave and the Bold (see “Batman: The Brave and the Bold”) will premiere on Cartoon Network on Friday, November 14th at 7:30pm ET and run in that slot on Friday nights on an ongoing basis.  The first three episodes will feature Batman and Blue Beetle vs. Kanjar Ro; Batman and Plastic Man vs. Gorilla Grodd; and Batman and Aquaman vs. Ocean Master and Black Manta.

Voice cast includes Diedrich Bader as Batman, John DiMaggio as Aquaman, James Arnold Taylor as Green Arrow, Will Friedle as Blue Beetle, Corey Burton as Red tornado, and Tom Kenny as Plastic Man. 

 

DC will launch a new Batman: The Brave and the Bold comic series as part of its Johnny DC line in January.  The cover of the first issue is by series producer James Tucker.  Show writer Matt Wayne will provide the comic script, with art by Andy Suriano and Dan Davis.

DC is running a trade promotion for comic stores, providing free DC Kids digests one for one with orders of Batman: The Brave and the Bold #1.
