Fantasy Flight Games has announced that it will be distributing 800 copies of the worldwide print run of 2000 copies of the War of the Ring Collector’s Edition (see “War of the Ring:  Collector’s Edition”).  The $399.95 game will be shipped in two waves:  400 games before Christmas and 400 after. 

This print run is lower than the similarly priced 5000 English language copies of Settlers of Catan 3D that were released in 2005 (see “Mayfair Completes Settlers 3D Shipments”).
