Fox has acquired film rights to Dark Horse’s Mind MGMT, by Matt Kindt, according to Hollywood Reporter.  Ridley Scott is set to produce (but not direct), along with Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg.  No writer has been assigned.

Kindt was the artist on two previous optioned works, 3 Story Man (see "Warner Bros. Nabs '3 Story Man'"), and Mephisto and the Empty Box (see "Top Shelf Property Optioned").
