March Book One, the first volume of an autobiographical series about the U.S. civil rights movement by Congressman John Lewis (see "Congressman John Lewis' Civil Rights Graphic Novel 'March'"), is getting a massive amount of press, and has hit #1 on the NY Times Graphic Novel Bestseller List.  Lewis is in the news today at the 50th anniversary of the 1963 March on Washington, at which Dr. Martin Luther King gave his famous "I Have a Dream" speech.

But on Sunday, August 25 and Wednesday, August 28, Lewis is scheduled to appear on an amazing range of TV programming, including CNN’s Newsroom, CNN’s State of the Union with Candy Crowley, NBC’s Meet the Press with David Gregory, CBS’s Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer, BBC’s World News America, PBS’s Charlie Rose, and CNN’s The Lead with Jake Tapper.

This follows his appearance on Colbert Report (see "Civil Rights Graphic Novel Gets the 'Colbert Bump'"), NPR, and local coverage.   Former President Bill Clinton gave the book his recommendation (see "Bill Clinton Endorses 'March' Graphic Novel").
