ShoPro Entertainment has awarded the CCG license for MegaMan: NT Warrior to Decipher.  The new game will join Beyblade and dot Hack as one of three anime based CCGs published by Decipher.

The MegaMan: NT Warrior Trading Card Game, due for release at the end of May, is based on the anime series currently running on the Kids' WB (see 'Kids' WB Orders More Blue Bombers'), which in turn was spawned from the successful video game series created by CapCom and the comic series published by Shogakukan.

Celebrating its fifteenth anniversary in 2003, MegaMan: NT Warrior started as Rockman in Japan, and in its anime incarnation is currently the top-rated broadcast show in its time slot for children ages 6-11 and 2-11.

Sold in starter decks as well as booster packs, there will be a total of approximately 130 MegaMan: NT Warrior game cards, along with a collectible foil set.

The MegaMan: NT Warrior Trading Card Game joins toys from Mattel (see 'Mattel Gets MegaMan: NT Warrior'), the video games and the manga to form a wealth of related material for retailers to offer.
